Thanks for a Great Season!

Apparently it is November 10th, and another Stillwater season is drawing to an end. The past couple of months has been a complete blur of guiding, filming, writing, and occasionally chasing some monster rainbow trout in Bristol Bay, Alaska.

Our blog is back up and running, with a plethora of exciting things to share in the near future for 2020! This includes the construction of a diverse, online learning center that will be filled with plenty of online courses and tutorials across a wide variety of topics. Our first course, Chironomid Tying Mastery, is under construction and will feature over 40 videos dedicated to tying realistic, consistently productive chironomid imitations.

I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU! to everybody that chose to fish with us this year. It was another spectacular season that saw many anglers visit Kamloops for the first time, while many more returning fishermen came to experience some of the best Stillwater fishing found anywhere in the world.

Thank you to our wonderful team of guides. Dave Page, Brennan Lund & Cam Paille, it is a wonderful feeling knowing that you leave nothing on the table, and constantly aim to provide the greatest experience possible (regardless how many days in a row you have been at it!)

Thank you to everybody that joined us in 2019 on an international hosted trip. We experienced a multitude of sold-out hosted saltwater trips chasing bonefish, permit, tarpon and more. It is great to see people step outside their comfort zones and into a new world of fishing.

Thank you to Kate Watson and guests Leith P. and Matt M. for joining us on an exploratory to AK Trout Camp last month. I have never seen so many rainbow trout over eight pounds in my life!

Our hosted trips in 2020 begin with Brennan Lund hosting a sold-out week on Ambergris Caye, Belize in January. There is no better way to start off the year than fishing the white sand flats of Central America.

The countdown to Belize 2020 is on!

More to come in the near future, another sincere thank you to each and every one of you! You are all greatly appreciated.
