We have already covered why prams are awesome boats for Stillwater fly fishing, but this is likely the first post written about a pram that is 100% clear. These small prams are made of hard plastic, and prove useful for ourselves and guests during the stillwater season They are typically used when lake access does not cater to trailering a boat.
These prams are 7.5 feet long and weight 55 pounds, making them a breeze to throw on your roof rack or in the bed of a pickup. Fishing from a pram is a great way to fish many of our interior lakes, with similar mobility to a pontoon boat without having to wear waders. They are small, light, and perfect for one angler.
